Returns will be accepted only for unused products in new condition. Sweetie Handbags must receive the product within 30 days or less from the original date of our shipment to the shipping address (not the date of receipt) for us to issue a refund or credit. Sweetie Handbags reserves the right to decline a refund. Returns or exchanges not following our policy may be rejected or returned to sender at your own cost.

We will credit your card for the purchase less shipping. Note that this is done through PayPal; we do not keep customer credit card information on file.

You are responsible for the product's safe arrival at the return destination. We highly recommend that you get a tracking number and buy shipping insurance, in case the product gets lost in transit. These services are available from the U.S. Post Office and other shipping companies. We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your card is credited for the return.
